Melbourne Airport claims that its new Terminal 4 will be home to over 30 retailers

Melbourne Airport claims that its new Terminal 4 will be home to over 30 retailers selling everything from staples such as coffee and newspapers to high fashion.

It promises that the line-up will provide a range of stylish shopping options and delicious dining experiences.

Expanding the airport shopping experience, T4 will be home to international fashion brands and iconic Melbourne names, catering for all tastes and budgets, says the airport.

And it reveals that the choice of retailers was carefully curated following in-depth customer feedback.

“We asked our customers what brands they wanted to see at the airport and we’re now delivering on their feedback, ensuring the range of retailers chosen for T4 delights travellers," says the airport's customer executive, Andrew Gardiner.

Reflecting Melbourne’s reputation as a leading fashion destination, Terminal 4 is set host a range of desirable clothing, accessory and beauty brands, including AMUSE Beauty Studio, Victoria’s Secret, Country Road, Trenery, Witchery, Rip Curl and Mimco.

It will also boast one of only two new standalone Desigual boutique stores in travel retail in Australia, offering travellers access to the unique, colourful designs from the Spanish brand.

“Celebrating Melbourne was a key focus for us at the new terminal, as well as expanding the shopping experience," says Gardiner.

"We’re very pleased to welcome some of the city’s best-known and most-loved brands to T4, along with some new international stores.

"The outlets provide passengers and staff with a convenient, one-stop opportunity to grab essential items, peruse the latest fashion or enjoy a delicious meal before their flight.”

Ensuring that every taste is catered for, the dining options at T4 will satisfy the cravings of even the fussiest eaters.

From local Melbourne favourite Brunetti, to hearty fare at Two Johns Taphouse and family favourite Krispy Kreme, the food and beverage options available mean travellers will always be able to find what they’re looking for.

Staples like Amcal Pharmacy, Go! Convenience and Quickfix provide a selection of convenient and affordable options.

The new T4 retailers will open their doors to travellers over the coming months once the Terminal 4 opens.

Additional retailers opening at T4 in 2015 include: Eye Love Melbourne, Icons, tech2go, Quikshots, Brassiere Bread, Ali Baba, Salsa’s, Boost Juice, McDonalds, Muffin Break, Velocity, Think Asia, Sushi Sushi, Oporto, Chop Salads, Sixpence Pies and WH Smith.
